When using Remote Desktop, the keyboard layout is always defaults to EN (English) text.
If you want to use a different keyboard layout than that of EN (English) or use Remote Desktop to connect to another machine then the default keyboard/input language is set to EN (regardless of your user settings), then you can follow below steps or say can perform below steps in your remote desktop.
On the machine you connect to run the following .REG file:
Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
After opening of all system registries, perform below given text.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlKeyboard Layout]
“IgnoreRemoteKeyboardLayout”=dword:00000001
Or simply download and run below given .reg file in server.
