What Is ActiveX Filtering ??


ActiveX Filtering allows you to browse the Web without running any ActiveX controls. As you browse the Web, you may encounter webpages that don’t work properly unless you install an ActiveX control. ActiveX controls are powerful browser plugins that enable many rich web experiences. In today’s tutorial we are gonna show you how to enable or disable ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer 9,10 or 11.

Step 1:


Open your Internet Explorer and press “Alt+x” to open tools.

Step 2:


Now select “safety” from opened tab and then “ActiveX Filtering”.

Step 3:


Now to activate it, click on it, a mark sign will be shows. That means it’s active.

 
 

Step 4:


Now to deactivate it, click on it again, a mark sign will be vanished. That means it’s deactive.
